Hello...I am Karen@KareMassage.
I have always had a sincere passion for helping others. And since I can remember I have loved massage therapy. Combining my two passions made perfect sense. So I continued my studies and became a certified licensed massage therapist -- CLMT (VA).
The first workshop I attended was in the late 70s at Catholic Open University in Washington, DC. I enjoy all aspects of massage therapy from stress and relaxation techniques to common chronic pain relief. Based on my clients needs, I can deliver light pressure to deep tissue.
I am effective with chronic pain issues such as shoulder, neck and lower back. I have also had success with neuropathy and plantar fasciitis. I also have a heart for geriatric patients.
I enjoy the Hampton Roads community and all outdoor activities this area has to offer. I am often involved with helping my friends and community.
