Work schedules, fun in the sun and surf, nightlife, family responsibilities, children activities, church, friends—these all take our time. We are a special breed who congregate where the land and water merge. Living in this area can be a very hectic and fast paced. At times, this lifestyle leaves little time for taking care of ourselves.
